Freezing rain warning issued in Barry’s Bay

A freezing rain warning has been issued for the Barry’s Bay area.

Environment Canada is calling for freezing rain to affect the area, including Killaloe, Petawawa, Pembroke, Cobden, Renfrew, Arnprior, and Calabogie.

The weather agency is calling for snow and ice pellets tomorrow morning, which are expected to turn to freezing rain in the afternoon before ending after midnight.

This could make roads and walkways icy, slippery, and dangerous.
