Police say the public shouldn’t be alarmed by an increased presence of police and military personnel and vehicles in the area.
The Bancroft OPP will be conducting training exercises just west of the Bancroft Community Airport.
Police say the Escape and Evasion exercise will be happening on Airport Road starting this evening.
It will involve numerous police services assisting the Canadian Forces Dwyer Hill Training Centre, and conducting patrols in the area.
The training exercise will run until Wednesday evening.
