The Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board is reaching out to the community regarding how to make use of surplus space in existing and vacant schools. The school board has invited North Hastings residents to a community planning and facility partnerships meeting to do just that. The board is looking for potential partners to make use of these spaces.
The meeting will be held at North Hastings High School on August 30th, anyone who wants to take part is being asked to RSVP by August 21st.
