An urn that was stolen from an estate sale in Pembroke has been found.
That’s according to Upper Ottawa Valley OPP, who says the urn was stolen on September 2nd. A call for public help was put out by police, and the urn was found on Saturday.
Police were called to a different yard sale in Pembroke after the person hosting the yard sale found the stolen urn wrapped in paper towel and left at the yard sale.

Police also say there was a note with the urn telling the finder to call police.
The urn has since been returned to the family.
