Upper Ottawa Valley OPP have released more details about a stabbing in Pembroke over the weekend.
Police were called to the incident on Bronx Street around 8:00pm Friday night. Police say that the man injured in the altercation was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries as a result of the stabbing.
As for the suspect, police say a 39-year-old has been charged with assault causing bodily harm and will appear in court next Tuesday.
