In Laurentian Valley Township, a collision has resulted in charges for an Upper Ottawa Valley OPP officer.
During the afternoon of March 2nd, a police SUV, with its sirens on, hit a pick-up truck being driven by a 25-year-old man. As a result, the truck hit a parked SUV with a 41-year-old woman sitting inside.
Nobody was hurt in the collision.
The 25-year-old police officer, who has been with the force for four years, is now facing charges of failing to yield to traffic.
