If you’ve ever wanted to go moose watching, May is the perfect time to do it.
Algonquin Park says moose can be seen along the Highway 60 corridor because they’ll be attracted to salt.
The best time to see them is during mornings and evenings in May.
But if you get of your car to get a closer look, you have to be careful.
Check for traffic before stepping.
You should also keep a safe distance from the animal, because if a moose flattens its ears, you know you’re too close.
