The Killaloe OPP hit the streets over the long weekend as part of Canada Road Safety Week to crack down on the big four.
That refers to dangerous, distracted and aggressive driving along with seatbelt use.
The OPP says it handed out over 150 speeding tickets, 9 seatbelt violations, a number of distracted driving charges and nabbed three people for impaired driving.
Constable Catharine Yarmel says the enforcement blitz is always carried out over the Victoria Day long weekend as summer is rung in with high traffic to the region for cottage season.
