An incident at a resort in Algonquin Park has left one man dead

An incident at Arowhon Pines Resort in Algonquin Park has left one of its staff members dead.

Killaloe OPP says a 22-year-old was pulled out of the water at the resort just before noon on Saturday, and was found to be unresponsive.

The Ottawa man was brought to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A post-mortem has been ordered to determine the cause of death, and the Ministry of Labour will help with the ongoing investigation.

Police are not releasing any more information at this time.
