Algonquins of Ontario Invites Community to Meetings

Algonquins of Ontario is calling on the public to attend a community meeting.

These meetings will focus on proposed settlements, explain social, economic cultural and natural environments, and will help identify where the province needs to focus when it comes to finding solutions on transfers of provincial land.

Members of the public are encouraged to ask questions at these meetings.

A meeting for Whitney and Bancroft will be at the Lake St. Peter Community Centre in Lake St. Peter on August 24^th.

A meeting will be held for Bonnechere and Greater Golden Lake on September 9^th at 10am at the Royal Canadian Legion in Pembroke.
