Town of Renfrew residents are being reminded that the final day to dispose of hazardous waste is coming up.
Residents are reminded that hazardous waste is not collected off the curb like regular garbage.
Among materials that will be accepted are batteries, flammables, aerosol containers, fire extinguishers, oil containers and toxic materials.
Free hazardous waste disposal is offered by the town every day of the year at the landfill off of Bruce Street, and hazardous waste drop off stops this Saturday.
