Help for the Holidays

“How do you get through the holiday season when you are coping with the loss of someone you love? MV Hospice Palliative Care is hosting a FREE event, “Help for the Holidays”, on Sunday, November 28th from 1:30 – 3:30 pm at the Opeongo Seniors Centre in Barry’s Bay. Join us to hear ideas for coping, participate in making and taking home a Memory Decoration to celebrate your loved one. Refreshments being provided.
